Returns & refund

Shop pieces can be returned within 14 days. Pieces made to your own idea or personalised for you can't. In detail:

• Ready to ship (in stock): return it within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason.
• Painted to order (other sizes, painted after you order): the same 14 days, starting when you receive it. If I can't get the blank in your size, you get a full refund straight away.
• Personalised (your name, text or colours added to a shop design, where offered): no returns once you've approved the mock-up. If we can't agree on it, you get a full refund.
• Made for You (commissions): no returns, because they're made to your own idea and specifications.
• Painting your own item: you can cancel within 14 days of paying the quote. If you've asked me to start sooner, you pay for the work done so far, and once it's finished it can't be cancelled.
• Gift cards: you can cancel an unused gift card within 14 days of buying it and get a full refund. If something paid with a gift card is refunded, the amount goes back onto the card.

How to return a shop piece

• Tell me within 14 days of delivery, by email to [email protected] or with the model withdrawal form. I'll tell you where to send it.
• Send it back within 14 days of telling me. You pay the return postage, so please pack it well and use a tracked service.
• Try it on indoors only, like you would in a shop. If it's been worn outside or damaged, I may deduct the loss in value.
• I refund the price and the standard shipping within 14 days, to the same payment method. I can wait until the piece is back with me or you've shown me you've sent it.

Faulty, damaged or lost

Every parcel is tracked and insured. If something arrives damaged or faulty, or doesn't arrive at all, email me and I'll make it right. Every piece, including Made for You and personalised pieces, is covered by the 2-year legal guarantee.
